Thank you for shopping with Gringa. We want every order to feel thoughtful, intentional, and travel-ready from the moment it arrives.

Due to the nature and complexity of our curated products, bundles, and kits, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, duplicate orders, incorrect shipping information, or preference-based reasons once an order has been placed.

Each Gringa kit is assembled as a curated product experience, and our limited drops, bundles, and travel essentials are prepared with care in small quantities. Because of this, we are unable to restock, resell, or exchange completed orders.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing an item, or includes the wrong item, please contact us within [7] days of delivery at hello@gringa.world

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label, if applicable

We will review the issue and, if approved, may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another resolution at our discretion, subject to product availability and applicable law.

LIMITED DROPS AND FINAL SALE ITEMS

All Gringa products, kits, bundles, limited drops, promotional items, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale unless otherwise required by law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or changed. If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@gringa.world. We will do our best to help, but orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Gringa is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date information. You may also reach out to us at hello@gringa.world, and we will do our best to support where possible.
